Jacky Marshall is a British fashion designer and illustrator, based in New York City. After studying fashion design at the Royal Collage of Art in London, Marshall moved to New York City. She began her design career in the early 90s at the height of American fashion, her first position as a designer at Calvin Klein Collection was underneath the creative direction of Zach Carr and alongside Narciso Rodriguez.

After Calvin Klein, Marshall began her over 10-year tenure at Donna Karan, designing evening-wear for Donna Karan Collection. It was at CK that she met the infamous Louise Wilson, former Course Director at the esteemed Central Saint Martins art school in London; Louise encouraged her to spend more time pursuing her talents in drawing and photography. Louise quickly became not only Jacky’s mentor and number-one fan, but very close life-long friend.

In 2017, Jacky gave up designing full-time to work as a freelance design consultant. When not designing, Marshall spends her time drawing, printing and painting. Her love of color, movement, fashion and beauty all contribute to her artistic work, also drawing influence from her past - the minimalism from her years at Calvin Klein, as well as the free and artistic time she spent at Donna Karan surrounded by color, pattern and creativity.
